The movie revolves around the conflict of two alien races - Autobots and Decepticons. When the war between them reached the Earth, the robots discover that the artefact of the supreme power because of which the hostilities began, is in the hands of an ordinary schoolboy Sam Whitwicky. And the yellow car appears to be not just a vehicle but the most friendly Autobot named Bumblebee.
