A Monster lives in a usual Soviet communal apartment. It is very kind and funny. The main woman in the apartment takes care of him – it is aunt Masha, a good and caring woman. When a new neighbor appears in their house and is trying to establish her own laws, the Monster resists her. But only together with aunt Masha they manage to defeat this unbearable person.
