The film is based on the novel by Leo Davidichev “Hands up or enemy number one”. The villain Shito-Krito with the help of the “baldin” drug decides to turn all kids into loafers, poor students and rogues in order to conquer the world. But the loafers and mischief-makers quickly understand what the whole thing is about dooming the operation code-named “The Bloodsuckers” to failure.
