John serves in the U.S. Special Forces in Germany. For two weeks he came home to the United States. One day, from a high pier railing, one woman accidentally dropped her purse into the ocean. In her purse she had all her life. Of all those present at the dock, only John jumped into the ocean and got "all her life." So that’s how they met - John and Savannah.
