Greenberg is a forty-year-old failure who is going through an existential crisis. He lost his job and doesn’t want to find a new one trying to understand himself; he reflects and is at times depressed. His life is empty and meaningless, and being in his forties he does not know why he lives, what he wants to achieve, and adding idleness to his state. Florence is a young assistant of his more successful younger brother. Despite her age, she is also tired of the monotony of life. She does not set specific goals and just goes with the flow. Will the meeting of these two non-similar, but at the same time like-minded people make sense of their lives and change them for the better?
