A young couple lives in New York. Their lives can be called perfect; they are successful and talented. After a while, they learn that soon they will have a baby, and the happy father offers to buy a house in the suburbs. After giving birth, the mother's condition worsens, because she had no idea that with the advent of the baby so many responsibilities will fall on her, and she becomes depressed. Therefore, the father has to hire a nanny who eventually begins to behave very strangely, and something wrong starts going on in the house.
