Participants of the pop band Connect 3, Nate and Jason, decide to help their colleague Shane get rid of "bad" image of the rock star and send him as a mentor in a summer music camp. Mitchie Torres – a young woman with striking voice and a great desire to become a popular singer – is there too. The only chance for Mitchie to spend a whole summer in the expensive camp is to work in the local cafeteria between classes. Once through closed doors Shane hears Mitchie singing and decides to find out who among the residents of the camp has such a lovely voice.
