While driving back from a New Year's corporate party, Lindsey and Jeff run over a stranger on a deserted road. There's no cell phone reception, so they drag the victim into the car and take him to the hospital, but on the way, the poor guy stops breathing. Then the couple decides to sober up before turning themselves in to the police and take the body back to their garage. Meanwhile, Lindsey's younger sister comes home and is attacked by a stranger who turns out to be alive.
