Jeff and Amy relocate to another state in their new SUV. When the vehicle breaks down on a deserted highway, a passing truck driver offers to take Amy to a nearby diner so she can call for help. Jeff soon fixes the car and reaches the meeting point — only to find his wife missing. Locals claim they saw nothing, and the truck driver denies ever meeting them.
