A dog named "Shine" once got into the bowels of a secret laboratory and as a result became the first dog on earth, endowed with super-dog powers. In ordinary life he's the same good-natured dog that adores his master Jack. But when a crimes is committed somewhere nearby, Shine turns into a Super-dog hero in tight red tights and a blue cloak billowing behind him.
