Time passes, namely ten years, since the no longer-young Batman retired. The city of Gotham is mired in destruction and total lawlessness. The residents need a protector, so the superhero returns. Together with the incredible superheroine girl Kelly, they take on the task of destroying entire gangs of mutants that have infested the area. Their goal is to clean up these streets.
