This is a love story set against the background of horrific crimes of two outcasts - a prostitute-tramp Wornos, who kills many of her clients "Johnny", and Selby Wall, whose parents sent her to her aunt in Florida to "cure lesbian tendencies." Desperate Eileen, being close to suicide, wanders into a bar where she meets Selby and falls in love with her. To live with Selby, she continues to sell her body. Deadly fury grows in her, leading her to a series of murders, as a result of which she's called the Monster by the media - the first female serial killer.
