Birth of a man is a great mystery, granted from above. Roman Shirokov is a good doctor, a talented obstetrician, PhD, long trained abroad. He has worked in the capital's center for reproductive medicine and great prospects opened up in front of him. For reasons known only to him, he left a prestigious job in the capital and returned to his native country town, where he began working as a doctor-intern at a local hospital.
