On Halloween Day in 1978, brutal murders start happening again in a small town. The residents of the town think that brutal maniac Michael Myers has reappeared in their neighborhood. Surviving murder victim Laurie Strode, who is in the hospital, is forced to fight again for the right to live in this world... Myers, on the other hand, finds even more new targets in the asylum.
