In 1960, Professor Ruckus Mandulbaum invented the Titan badge, a device that allowed people to possess special superpowers. He took in three unlucky young people, creating an unusual family of superheroes, and they quickly achieved fame and prestige. Over time, however, the commercial family fell apart, and the professor replaced the team with a new set of teenage superheroes. In 1979, two of the original superheroes have grown up and want their Titan badges back, even if it means robbing the professor's museum and accidentally taking a few hostages.
