Four animals from the Central Zoo in New York - Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo – decide to break free. After a shipwreck, they find themselves on the exotic island of Madagascar, inhabited by lemurs and fossa cats, and realize they will have to say good buy to their urban habits. There is no people, cells and delicious food. Out four legged friends will have to survive in an unfamiliar environment where danger is waiting at evert step.
