Laurence is a 35-year-old college professor, who is working on his first poetry book, gets awards for his talent and is happy in love with his girlfriend Fred. They lives in harmony and understanding, until one day Laurence claims he wants to change his sex. According to Laurence, he has been thinking about it for many years and he can’t just be a man when he feels like a woman. The main characters will have to confront the society, overcoming prejudices and disapproval of their families.
