4. Understand the concept and significance of 'terroir' in French cuisine. Learn how cooking techniques and basic flavors are related to the geographical location, climate, and topography of the country.
5. Find out if it's possible to cook 'here' like 'there'. Learn where and how to find the necessary products and whether substitutions are possible.
