For Mental Health Awareness Month, MEGOGO exclusively presents the live performance of Jamala’s album ‘Rukh Miy’ (My Movement). This project was created in collaboration with the ‘POVERNENNIA’ (Return) national network of centers, which provides free psychological support to military personnel, veterans, and their families.

This is a true musical diary of experiences, where each composition embodies a specific emotion: from the joy in ‘Sonyachna Systema’ (Solar System) to the sadness of ‘Samota’ (Solitude) or the anger in ‘Zamovkny’ (Shut Up). Jamala encourages us to live through all emotional states honestly, as this is how internal resilience is built. Special highlights include ‘My Khovayemsia’ (We Are Hiding) — a manifesto for the courage to be vulnerable, and ‘Kryla’ (Wings) — a tribute to Ukraine’s defenders and a reminder of the vital importance of support.
