Up to a point, Kale's life seemed perfect. But everything changes after the death of his father. Kale's mother has to work a lot, and he is sentenced to house arrest with an ankle monitor. The guy cannot leave the house, he's banned from television, so watching the neighborhood becomes his sole entertainment. The guy watches people and, apparently, witnesses the murder.
