One of the followers of the serial killer Saw, Mark Hoffman, following the precepts of his bloody guru, is preparing another deadly puzzle. Meanwhile, the agent Strum begins to suspect the relationship of Hoffman with Saw, and Hoffman has to come out for a new hunt to destroy all the threads leading to him. Five strangers are waiting for a harsh lesson of team work for survival – more blood, more sophisticated traps. Strum comes in the wake of Hoffman, trying to uncover the reasons why he joined Saw. They will meet face to face in anticipation of the inevitable and unpredictable ending.
