Four teenagers spend the summer in Cape May investigating a series of mysterious murders. Within a decade, thirteen boys aged twelve to sixteen were abducted and later found dead. The evidence gathered leads friends to the home of the respected police officer Wayne Mackey. Obeying their instincts, they start a dangerous surveillance operation.
