In the opening stage of qualification, the team crushed Moldova 8-0, defeated Poland 1-0, and played out a goalless draw with Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the Elite Round, Alberto Bollini’s side confidently overcame Hungary and Slovakia by identical 3-0 scorelines and also recorded a 1-1 draw against Türkiye. Four Italy players scored two goals each during the qualification campaign.

Serbia has reached the UEFA Under-19 European Championship finals for the ninth time in its history. In the first qualifying round, Gordan Petrić’s team defeated Georgia 3-1 and Gibraltar 4-0 but fell to Croatia 1-4. Serbia then impressed in the Elite Round, beating England 2-0 and Poland 1-0 while earning a 1-1 draw against Portugal. The team’s main attacking threat has been striker Mihajlo Cvetković, who scored three goals during the qualification campaign.
