The day after the conclusion of the final matches of the fourth qualifying round, the Europa League and Conference League draws will take place in Monaco. The Europa League field will consist of seventeen teams with direct qualification, twelve winners of the competition's qualifying rounds, and seven clubs that lose in the decisive round of Champions League qualifying. In the Conference League, twenty-four participants will be determined after the qualifying playoffs, while another twelve teams will drop into the competition after losing in the fourth round of Europa League qualifying.

Bayer Leverkusen, Juventus, Milan, AZ, and Olympiacos are guaranteed places in Pot 1 of the Europa League. The final distribution of the other teams with direct qualification to the league phase will be determined after qualifying concludes. These include Real Sociedad, Marseille, Union Saint-Gilloise, Sparta Prague, Rennes, Sturm Graz, Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Sunderland, Celta Vigo, Hoffenheim, and Portuguese side Torreense.

In the Conference League, six pots of six teams each will be formed based on their UEFA club coefficients. Each team will play one match against representatives of all six pots, meaning it will play three matches at home and three away. At this stage of the competition, teams from the same domestic league cannot face each other, and the schedule for the upcoming stage may include no more than two opponents from the same country.
