The local sheriff has agreed to arrange for Jeb Sawyer, who had been hiding under the Leather face, a fair trial and to provide him a lawyer. However, his intentions are prevented by a mayor who leads the crowd, eager to lynch the bloody maniac. When the situation gets out of control, and the citizens begin to prepare a loop for the killer, someone throws in Sawyer's house a fire bomb. The house burns down, and with it in the fire and killed everyone who was in it, including Jeb and his father. Of course, after a certain time, the murders with the help of a chainsaw begin again. The first assumption sheriff has is that Jeb Sawyer survived and decided to take revenge. But is it really him? And if not, then who?
