The documentary film «Khodorkovsky» made by German director of Russian origin Cyril Tuschi was one of the most controversial and debatable films in 2011. Six months ago no one could even imagine that the film will be a champion for the number of additional hits and perhaps the most discussed on the 61st Berlin International Film Festival. The film is dedicated to the transformations in Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s fate who was sentenced along with his partner Platon Lebedev to eight years in prison for the first case in 2005 and even to 9 years for the second case in 2010. Taking into account the prison term Khodorkovsky should be released in 2016. Cyril Tuschi shot «Khodorkovsky» five years, few times visited Russia from Moscow to Chita and back and even learnt desired language minimum needed for a foreign director: "obshhezhitie», «omon», «oligarhi."
