Petr Korolev is a master of sports and a future metallurgical engineer. Thanks to his perseverance and willpower he wins the right to take part in international competition in athletics. During the running race it becomes clear that Korolev is going to win. One of the runners with an angular movement knocks down his opponent, the world record holder Rolf Schmid.
