Little Mona loves her father, a talented mathematician. When her father suddenly showed the signs of mental illness, Mona became obsessed with the numbers, trying to help them prevent disease and to control the vagaries of an unpredictable world. Growing up, Mona hasn’t got rid of the old superstitions and strange behavior, but her love to mathematics evolved into the teaching in primary school. This work, which she both loves and fears, helps her to open up and get out of the protective shell. She is a gifted teacher. With her humor and imagination she can entrap children and instill them with the love to learning. She helps them to solve not only mathematical problems, but their non-children problems.
