Travelers is a city guide series for art lovers and beyond. Presented in an engaging format, the 10-episode series (26 minutes each) showcases bars, restaurants, hotels to stay in, shops with unique items for gifts and souvenirs, as well as must-see exhibitions, museums, and galleries.

In each episode of Travelers, the film crew visits a different city. Viewers are introduced not only to historical facts and landmarks, but also to contemporary artists and gallery owners whose exhibitions are featured in the show. The on-screen narrator frequently addresses her cameraman, Marcel. The journey through various landmarks is led by Alicia Flipo, who is also known for other projects such as My Little Museum and Draw Me What You See. The series was produced by Alice Blanquin, with editing by Eliot Modest.

The production was created by the French television channel Museum TV, a media outlet dedicated entirely to art. According to its producers, art is still underrepresented on television and is often limited to traditional documentaries aimed at a niche academic audience. Projects like this aim to make museums and the art world accessible and engaging for a wider public.

Museum TV offers a wide range of content, including documentaries about great masters, daily news programs, drawing tutorials for beginners, short art history segments, and shows about photography students or street art battles. Through this approach, the channel aims to become a reference point in the art media landscape, appealing to both enthusiasts and general audiences with a light and accessible tone.
