My Zen Family is a series that tells family stories, couple stories, and stories about babies — simple yet deeply tender. The program invites viewers to follow four young couples who are expecting the arrival of their child. For some of them, it will be their first time experiencing parenthood and all the stress and excitement that come with welcoming a new life.

After the babies are born, the series follows how the families adapt. How do Clara and Gianni cope with having two newborns at home? Does this help them process the loss of a pregnancy? Does Coralie go through with the epidural she had long hoped for? Does Pierre return to Kim to take on his role as a father, and what name does Kim choose for her son? In the end, the more experienced parents, Nathalie and Naoufel, share their insight: you are not born a parent — you learn to become one.

The program My Zen Family airs on myZen.tv. The series consists of six episodes, each presenting a separate story about love, childbirth, and life-changing moments that leave a lasting emotional impact.

For example, in the first episode we meet Clara and Gianni, who already have one child but are expecting twins. We also meet Coralie and Florent, childhood friends who are now in a stable relationship and awaiting a baby girl. Kim, a young pregnant woman, did not expect her situation, while her partner Pierre struggles with the responsibility and leaves three months before birth. Finally, Nathalie and Naoufel are experienced parents already raising two boys, with a third child on the way.
