The 2019 sports and educational program Yoga introduces viewers to an ascetic and spiritual discipline. Yoga is an ancient system of self-awareness and holistic well-being that combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation, and philosophical principles. Its origins trace back to ancient India, where it developed as a method of achieving harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Today, it is not only a spiritual practice but also an effective tool for maintaining health, reducing stress, and improving overall quality of life.

The program offers instructional sessions that include breathing exercises and a set of asanas. The physical practice is based on performing asanas — specific poses that train the body, increase flexibility, and build strength. Holding these positions requires engagement of deep muscles, improving balance and coordination. Each asana targets specific muscle groups and internal organs, helping to support their proper function.

In the first episode, viewers are shown the warrior pose, which energizes and tones the entire body. During the exercise, the instructor aligns the pelvis, moves one thigh forward, and gently shifts the other backward, coordinating movement with deep breathing and alternating legs. Another episode demonstrates the triangle pose, which strengthens the leg muscles, opens the hips, and increases lung capacity.

The audience can also learn a standing twist pose, which helps relieve tension in the back muscles and improves spinal and hip mobility while opening the chest. To reduce stress-related back tightness, the program introduces a crescent kneeling pose.
