A Special Day (2019) is a documentary series that takes viewers behind the scenes of prestigious institutions. This allows anyone who wishes to experience their own special day. The audience is immersed in the everyday life of professionals from the multifaceted world of art. First of all, the creators of the project introduce the head of the company Art France, which specializes in the packaging and transportation of works of art.

The audience also meets Cecile Challe, director of the contemporary photography fair Fotofever, and Charlotte Le Persen, a cultural mediator at the Cernuschi Museum in Paris. In addition, the creators of the series give viewers the opportunity to spend a special day with visual artist Fanny Bouyagui, Grégoire Lacroix, head of the antiques department at the auction house Aguttes, and other creative personalities.

The production of the series A Special Day was carried out by the company Museum. It was developed by Alice Blanquin, known for her participation in short projects such as Art News – Street in the Museum and Art News – Ernest Pignon-Ernest and the Poets. One of the producers was Charles Lavillani, known for his work on documentaries Portrait of an Artist, My Little Museum, Living Art, and others.

The visuals were handled by Jérôme Kempa, whose filmography includes more than twenty documentary works, including Grain of Madness and Lake Grave Under Occupation. Post-production was handled by Deborah Tariel, who participated in the creation of projects In the Genre of Art Party, Art Live, and Lille in Wonderland. Sylvain Pouillard also worked on the series as an art director and graphic designer specializing in web design.
