This documentary tells the story of the life and heroic sacrifice of Yehor Birkun, a Kryvyi Rih native known by his call sign "Bir". He was a devoted fan of the Kryvbas football club and a talented mixed martial arts fighter. The athlete was supposed to represent Ukraine at the world championship, but on February 24, 2022, he set off to defend Mariupol. The warrior heroically fell on March 22, 2022, while attempting to rescue a wounded brother-in-arms under hostile fire. The film is built upon the heartfelt memories of his mother and close friends about the fallen defender.
