A Greek woman Georgia has grown up in America and had learned there to be a teacher of classical history. In anticipation of a vacancy in one of the universities where she constantly sends her resume, Georgia comes to Greece and workes as a guide. She loves her country and its history and tries to convey her passion to tourists. But the latter are most often interested in cheap souvenirs and local beaches. They do not care about everything else. Deciding she'd had enough, she decides to leave and goes to her last tour. The band, as always, is not encouraging, the new driver does not speak in English, and the competing guide builds intrigues. The trip promises to be awful. But suddenly everything turns out to be quite opposite.
