He was brave and clever, but once angered the Great Spirits by killing a bear - an animal sacred to him, whose totem he wore around his neck. Then the spirits of ancestors as a punishment turned Kenai into a bear. Now he can not speak in human language, his own brother hunts for him, and also a mischievous bear Koda came to him and does not want to leave the hero alone.
