When Hurricane throws a circus magician Oscar Diggs from dusty Kansas to the magical Land of Oz, the circus actor prone to fraud believes he caught the tail of luck because with the help of his own stunts, he can easily get fame and fortune in the new lands. However, he will meet three sorceresses, Theodora, Evanora and Glinda, who doubt whether he is the great magician, the appearance of which was expected by gullible inhabitants of Oz. Gradually, the stranger finds himself embroiled in the confrontation of epic proportions, and he has to use all his "magic" arsenal, with the addition of this bit of magic. In a situation of choice between Good and Evil, Oscar Diggs will not only become the great and terrible Wizard of Oz, but change a little for the better.
